Hello, I am Brian Nicholson, aka Chef FeelGood, CEO/Creator of MariCane22. I was born and raised in Jackson, MS, and moved to South Florida when I was 20 years old to pursue my culinary career. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Institute, I began soul searching to find how I wanted to elevate myself and my career.
